Monique McNeill

Monique McNeill has practiced criminal defense since 2006. She has extensive trial experience, including numerous acquittals. She has tried cases from misdemeanors to capital murder. Monique has secured acquittals for clients in the most serious cases, including multiple robbery cases, sexual assaults (including a 52-count case), and death penalty cases. In 2023 she was voted Defender of the Year by the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice (NACJ),after winning back-to-back first-degree murder trials, including a capital murder. Monique takes her role as an advocate seriously and never forgets that her clients’ lives are at stake. Monique also helped test and develop an AI product for lawyers to use in their practice and enjoys staying at the forefront of technology.
